Balanced Scorecard (BSC). Is a strategic planning and management system used to communicate organizations are trying to accomplish? It provides an aligned list of projects and their progress in Realtime. The initiatives are organized under the default perspectives which are: Financial, Customer, Internal Business Processes and Learning and Growth, Core-Strategy allows users to modify and add additional perspectives under the setup section. Following sections provide steps to create and view the status of the Balanced Scorecard.
